Oil going up again?

Oil price going up again? Should I proceed to install NG (Natural gas) for my car? Or should I consider to install H20 canister in my car? Which one is better?
What about the performance? Is it really safe?
If you have any experience with this method, please let me know. I’m traveling a lot and I’m thinking to do more saving for my kids education.
